Choosing a property

Location: The location of the property is an important factor in a person’s final decision. When buying a property you need to be sure that it suits your personal needs (work, education, transport, lifestyle, etc).

Orientation: There is no ideal position for a property; it really does depend on individual requirements.

Additional purchasing costs

There are additional costs that you can expect to pay when buying a property in Spain. The figures below have been calculated using a buying price of €175,000 (£116,667); however, a safe estimate is to add 10% to the agreed price.
