This stunning property is perched on a hillside , overlooking Javea. On a clear day, one can see across the sea all the way to Ibiza. The villa is beautifully furnished and decorated with every convenience from satellite TV to remote controlled ceiling fans. whilst there are many steps at the villa, it does have a brand new lift, making it easier for guests with bags or mobility issues. This beautiful, elegant villa comes with our highest recommendations.The villa is situated on Monte Puchol, above the old town in Javea. It has been recently refurbished and consists of 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, an 8 metre x 5metre infinity swimming pool, with a new Otis lift to take you from the parking area to the villa. From the pool area, lounge and terraces, as well as many of the bedrooms, you have breathtaking views of the port, the old town, the Arenal, Benitachell, Calpe, Ibiza (on a clear day. Entry from ground level is via a steep staircase, or via the newly installed lift. On the first floor is the stunning infinity pool with spacious terraces. Patio doors open into a small lounge area, with comfortable seating and a mini kitchen with a drinks fridge, sink and microwave. Also here is a shower room and twin bedroom. As one of the beds in this room is elevated, with a guard rail to be fitted, making it most suitable for children. At the other end of the hallway on this level are two further bedroom. One is twin with beautiful views out to sea, and the other is a spacious double, with room for an additional bed or cot and a spacious luxury ensuite bathroom with wetroom style shower. This bedroom also has patio doors onto the pool and stunning views. Interior stairs lead up to the second floor. Here there is a very spacious open plan lounge / dining area, which is beautifully furnished and benefits from a wall mounted flat screen TV with full satellite package and a music system. Exceptional Luxury villa.

This newly revovated four bedroom villa in El Portet has a wonderful, warm feel to it. Whilst retaining the original Spanish features which give the house a Mediterrannean feel, the owners have done a wonderful job of furnishing the villa and have decorated it beautifully.

Situated in a quite location, on the hill over El Portet bay within a 15 - 20 minute walk of the beach there, this villa has been lovingly decorated in a modern Mediterranean style, and offer very comfortable accommodation at a good price. A few steps lead down from the road to the house and into a hallway. Off the hallway is a newly fitted white, modern kitchen with all modern conveniences. At the end of the hallway is the lounge / diner with french doors out onto a covered naya with pretty valley views, all securely gated in and well furnished. It is possible to walk down to El Portet beach and the shops and restaurants there, but please bear in mind that although it is very close, the bay of El Portet is built on a hill.

This delightful property is set over two floor. Upstairs is the main house, consisting of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a shared bathroom, a modern kitchen, spacious lounge, large closed in naya as well as an open naya, great for all weathers, and with wonderful views from every aspect. The property is heated and air conditioned, making it great for winter and summer lets. Stairs from the naya upstairs lead down to several terraces, with many places to choose from to sit and relax. The apartment downstairs is accessed externally via these stairs, and this consists of one double bedroom with a bathroom as well as a spacious lounge / diner and lovely kitchen. Patio doors from the apartment, open directly onto the pool terrace, with five or six steps down to the pool and barbecue area. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and enjoys almost complete privacy, as well as wonderful valley and sea views. The property is located very close to Mas y Mas supermarket, with a good variety of restaurants and shops in very easy walking distance. it is possible to walk to Moraira in around 20 minutes, but at times this road does not benefit from the safety of pavements and can be very busy. There is space in the downstairs lounge to hire in two extra folding beds for children.
